<B Team> The guild was started by a core group of friends who have been playing Warcraft together for a long time and found themselves unguilded or unhappy in the guilds they were in. We love raiding, but despise the cat wrangling aspects. We wanted to form a group of similarly-minded people who beat content for fun, instead of for firsts or for phat lewtz. We have since added another half dozen people who like the game in the same ways. Everyone in the guild has an 80 or two or three, with more on the way. We pride ourselves on being flexible and competent and even cocky about it. We love those pulls that go horribly awry and two characters manage to finish off six adds with no heals, because that's how you exhibit thinking on your feet and how you learn the most about your class's "OH SHIT!" buttons. Even more, we love the seamless beauty of a small skilled team working together like clockwork to destroy everything before it. Our officers have raided with pretty much every long-lived guild on the server at some point or another in 1.0, TBC, or Wrath. Nothing against any of them, we just wanted to be smaller and more close-knit. Our Focus Our main focus is playing this game with people we like. We're all adults with real lives and all the shit that entails. It'd be pretty sad to spend our free time playing with people we didn't like, didn't respect or were making our play into work. This also means we expect everyone to contribute the same ammount of effort in all things we do. There is always a helping hand but there is never a free ride. Raiding Raiding is not our focus but we try to raid every time we've got enough people. Once we reach the critical mass for raiding again we expect to raid around 3 nights a week for about 3 hours, starting 7pm server time. When we do raid, though, we don't require attendance and you won't get kept out of a raid because you log on 3 times a month. If you are appropriately geared and know what you're doing, you're ready to go. Loot If you are a loot whore, just keep moving. We use the default need/greed buttons for all of our loot. This is a trust based system and you won't run with us if we don't trust you. We encourage you to need all your needs, greed all your side-grades/small upgrades/offspecs and pass on everything else. It's a pretty simple concept that not a lot of people can get. Community More than anything, this guild is a family. We expect all of our members to get along with each other within the family. If you've got drama in your life or are prone to it, you won't last long. We don't tell you how you're supposed to treat other people on the realm. In general, though, we expect you to be a badass in all things.
